Marbella has launched a responsible declaration form to speed up the installation of solar panels in homes and buildings. The council has given the green light to this system, which will be available both online and in a physical version with the aim of promoting renewable energy projects. However, in the event that the information provided is found erroneous, the building licence would be invalidated.
