CLC World starts building 220 luxury holiday homes on Mijas Costa

One project of 50 luxury residences will see an investment of 18 million euros and generate 300 direct and indirect jobs

CLC World Resorts & Hotels announced last week at a corporate event attended by the mayor of Mijas, Juan Carlos Maldonado, that it is starting work on several projects with a combined value of 60 million euros.

One of those is Santa Barbara Heights. This project of 50 luxury residences will see an investment of 18 million euros and generate 300 direct and indirect jobs in Mijas.

In addition the company is working on a project of 170 residences with innovative sports facilities and shops that is facing the sea. The company hopes to start offering this project for sale in the next few months, along with an aparthotel in Tenerife.

The group's first holiday development opened 35 years ago.
